  • The Diffusion of War – Ethical Concerns over Non-Lethal Weaponry and the Weaponization of the EMF Spectrum

    The future frontiers of warfare lie in subtle, but effective, non-lethal weaponry.

    Modern military doctrine operates with three intensities of engagement: 1) deny, 2) degrade, 3) destroy.

    Obviously, non-lethal weapons operate in the two first categories of engagement – deny and degrade, which means that the use of these types of attacks are more common and can be used more widely on a battlefield, rather than killing all perceived enemies per se.

    This means that engagement can be graded according to level and type of threat – enemies can be neutralized in other ways than in pure death. The battlefield becomes more nuanced, but perhaps also comes to encompass many more types of enemy combatants, who are not necessarily lethal threats, but who must anyway be neutralized – the window of war widens.

    Given this widening of war, the danger is that the categorical distinction between civilians and enemy combatants becomes more narrow, perhaps diffused into a new and more complex threat assessment scenario.

    The danger is that military around the world become more lenient in defining an enemy combatant – and that the spectrum of possible retaliation becomes wider against personnel, who perhaps never before would have been considered legitimate targets.

    What we see in effect is an increased diffusion of war into former more civilian realms.

    Psychotronic weapons are here crucial, as we historically have seen with the Moscow Signal and the recent incidents of the Havana Syndrome, as they offer a means for non-lethally denying and degrading enemy operatives in subtle and covert ways.

    The ethical question becomes, where do we draw the line between a civilian and an enemy combatant, if rather than a categorical distinction, we know increasingly operate with a gradual spectrum of targeting?

    If the category of an enemy combatant is loosened, the spectrum of targets increase, and potentially, we could in that way all become legitimate targets, from the perspective of a military that seeks “full spectrum dominance”, command and control of the whole battlefield.

    The cyber realm (electromagnetic spectrum) is the next frontier in this diffusion of war.

    Even though the research into these weapons is mostly covert, we increasingly hear of the capabilities and also application of these systems – these will only increase.

    It is important that legislators become aware of these advanced capabilities to manipulate the EMF spectrum, and the dangers and ethical concerns this widening of warfare entails.

    Already, we hear rumors of these weapons having been applied on the battlefield, exactly to target non-regular military personnel, such as intelligence agents, officials, etc.

    Also regular civilians are increasingly complaining about severe intrusions from these types of weapons (Targeted Individuals), so what is actually going on here, and shouldn’t the lawmakers pay attention, so that we can avoid a new wild west of EMF warfare?

    Can we deny that the weaponization of the electromagnetic spectrum is increasingly taking place, and can we deny the development of warfare doctrines to increasingly turn to non-lethal types of engagement, hybrid warfare, etc.?

    We cannot. It’s already the future.

    We need renewed discussion on the limits and ethical standards of war to encompass these new weapons and the new possibilities and reality of war that these weapons bring with them.

    In the BTE, we seek exactly to be on the frontiers of this development, and to build defensive measures to this proliferating landscape of non-lethal, EMF warfare (which of course can also be lethal).

    Follow the work of the enterprise, and do indeed become a member of our forum to help get this ambitious enterprise started.

    So far, our expertise lies in spiritual energies and realities, which is a whole other, next level of subtle warfare, but increasingly, we will build competency in regular EMF warfare, etc.

    But mark our words, the reality of advanced warfare in spiritual realms and against spiritual energies in the ultimate frontier, and already today, this kind of warfare is going on, as the Siddhas of the North can testify, so we better get started the sooner the better on building the defensive capabilities, so that we are not run over by the so-called “technological singularity” of the Skynet – this is our warning to mankind.

  • Reflections on the Documentary-series “Cognitive Liberty”

    I recently watched the three-part documentary-series, “Cognitive Liberty”, directed by Dominic Halpin.

    Halpin is a member of the advisory board of the advocate group for Targeted Individuals (TIs), Targeted Justice.

    The documentaries detail the reality and investigation of advances in neurotechnology, psychotronic weapons, mind control, AI, nanotechnology, and similar topics, technologies that are being rapidly developed and also weaponized and deployed on an increasingly mass scale, according to the documentaries.

    Independent researchers, critics, and academics are being interviewed, and military documents and technology patents are being referenced to make the case that the future of psychotronic warfare is already here.

    The case, critic, and threat of these weapons are made absolutely clear in these documentaries, but the topic still remains a misty one for most people today, for the exact nature of these weapon-systems is by default covertly applied – we are dealing with the true shadow war, and plausible deniability is a corner-stone for the wielders of these weapons.

    Though we know that the technology exists and is being constantly developed, as also Dr. James Giordano (National Defense University) has made clear many times, proof of the application of these weapons is hard to find.

    In this field of weapons research, the possibilities of the electromagnetic spectrum are many: from ultrasound, to ELF, RF, and microwaves, but possible also scalar waves and torsion fields.

    Who will deny that military around the world are actively seeking to weaponize the electromagnetic spectrum?

    Who will deny human biology and consciousness as being closely linked to frequency and vibrations?

    The harrowing combination of high-tech spectrum warfare, AI, and quantum-computers is bound to be the next frontier of covert warfare, as we have recently seen with the Havana Syndrome.

    A crucial point to make is that, given this threat scenario, public regulation of these weapons, their capabilities and applications, is paramount to safeguard the cognitive liberty and neurorights of the future mankind.

    But still, the medical profession almost ridicules the claims of Targeted Individuals, although this denial of the reality of psychotronic warfare is becoming harder and harder to maintain.

    In the BTE, we fully support increased awareness of and investigation into this rapidly developing field of research, and we urge all whistleblowers to come forth and publicly speak about this increasing threat scenario of future warfare possibilities.

    Crucially, we must develop the counter-technologies of defense to these advanced spectrum weapons, which is a primary goal of the BTE.
